There is a saying among those of us who depend on our computers for home income… “There will come a day when you will be thankful you backed up your computer, or wish you had.”

Backing up the computer is a subject that still brings feelings of despair as I remember my own failure to do so about 5 years ago. I was merrily running my website business from my computer. Some newer computers have a back up hard drive installed, or can be installed if chosen as an upgrade when purchasing. Just because a second hard drive is installed doesn’t mean it is performing automatically as a back up storage drive. In this case, your computer needs a program to perform that function.
